Every year, as a family, we go through flyers and catalogues looking at the newest toys and gadgets. The kids make a wish list by circling what they want or cutting out each picture. Then they each write their own Santa letter using the Santa letter template we created. It’s a fun family activity that’s turned into a yearly tradition.
If you’re from Canada did you know that you can mail Santa Claus a letter and he will write you back? You don’t need any postage! Just send your mail by early December to ensure you get a response in time for Christmas. Also make sure to write your child’s name and address on the bottom or the back of the letter as envelopes sometimes get ripped in transit to the North Pole.
This template is a fun and easy way to get your kids writing! Since the middle is blank there is enough space to write down their entire wish list! Simply print off this blank Santa letter template, let your kids write their letter and mail it off. Here is the address:

When the kids were younger and couldn’t write we let them cut out images from flyers and glue them on. However you choose to write your letter there is something so exciting and magical when checking the mail and finding a response letter from Santa!
